“Purchase failed” error message
If you’re seeing an error that says “Purchase Failed,” this means your Apple/Google Playstore ID is already associated with an active subscription on a different Jalebi account. Each Apple/Google Playstore ID can only be tied to one Jalebi account and one subscription at a time.
Before you can purchase a Jalebi subscription on your new account, you need to delete your old account first. Deleting your account will permanently delete your matches, messages and other info associated with it.
- Sign in to Jalebi account you’d like to delete
- Tap the Profile Tab at the bottom right corner
- Go to Help Centre
- Scroll down and select Delete
- Choose a reason and tap on the Delete button
